The City of Winnipeg has implemented an extended snow route parking ban which prohibits parking on snow routes between midnight and 7:00am and comes into effect on Saturday, November 13, 2021.

You can check if a road is a snow route by looking for signs or searching an address on the snow route map.

Snow routes are top priority for snow clearing to ensure emergency service vehicles like police, fire and ambulances and safely travel around the city.

Vehicles who park on snow routes between midnight and 7:00 am are subject to a $100 fine and may be towed to a towing company compound and incur additional fees.
