Manitoba Health announce on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, that everyone 18 and over is now eligible for the bivalent COVID-19 vaccine.
The province recommends that people wait six months from their last dose before getting the bivalent booster shot in order to get the best immune response.
The bivalent vaccine has been developed to provide protection for both the original and omicron variants.
Those who are eligible to receive the shot can begin booking appointments on September 22, 2022, by either using the online booking tool or calling 1-844-628-8222
