Santa Claus is coming to town and he is bringing floats. The 106th annual Winnipeg Santa Claus Parade kicks off with a block party at 4:00 pm Saturday November 12, 2016. The parade kicks off at 5:00 pm and will travel along Portage Avenue from the University of Winnipeg to Graham and Main.
Roads along the parade route will begin closing at 2:30pm according to the city.
