Manitoba’s Wildlife Branch is hoping all Manitobans will help them conserve plant and animal life across the province and they are sponsoring an app to help do that.
Go Wild Manitoba uses volunteers of all ages to gather scientific data on wild species in Manitoba. You’ll learn how to gather and submit data about various species, which is used by biologists to better understand, manage, and conserve wildlife, including plants, insects and fish.
Whatever your age, you can be a part of this exciting project.
Log in or sign up now through www.iNaturalist.ca to begin recording and sharing the nature you see in Manitoba.
Search “Manitoba” under the projects to find the All Manitoba Nature or Manitoba Herp Atlas to enter your observations.
