Empress closed this week, expected to reopen February 17, 2018

The city of Winnipeg will be closing Empress Street Monday, February 12, 2018, between Wellington Avenue and Sargent Avenue.

Construction work in the area requires the road to be closed in both directions until Saturday, February 17, 2018.

Drivers will be required to find an alternate route during the road closure. Transit is also rerouted visit the Winnipeg Transit website for more information.
