Winnipeg Police Service and Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service were called to the corner of Arlington Street and Alexander Avenue on Friday night, October 21, 2022, after two women driving by the intersection noticed a man laying on the ground moaning.
When crews arrived they provided emergency medical care while awaiting an ambulance.
Police on the scene would not provide any details about the incident but did say that the victim was “having one of the worst days of his life”
