A fire that began around 10:30 am New Years day has spread to neighbouring homes.
The fire began in the 400 block of Bowman Avenue do to what witnesses say was a grease fire in the Kitchen.
Thick black smoke could be seen billowing from the house as fire crews used ladder trucks to cut into the roof and pour water on the fire.
Containing the blaze proved to be extremely difficult and the flames jumped to a neighbouring home.
Everyone was able to get out of the structures without injury according to officials
The exact case of the fire is under investigation. An estimate of damage is not available at this time.
