Brandon police have arrested several people and seized weapons, drugs and stolen property after and investigation that began in early January 2018.
Investigators say that just after 5:00 pm Wednesday, January 31, 2018, they conducted a traffic stop as part of their investigation. The 41-year-old driver was arrested and officers seized methamphetamine after a search of the vehicle.
About 20 min later they conducted another traffic stop and arrested a 52-year-old male and a 21-year-old female. A shotgun and ammunition were recovered.

Just before 8:00 pm police raided a home on Delta Bay and recovered drugs and stolen property.
Police say that the 41-year-old man was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. He was released and is scheduled to appear in Court in April.
The 52-year-old man from Brandon has been arrested for Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court in April.
The 21-year-old female from Brandon was arrested for Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm. She was released and is scheduled to appear in Court in March.
Police have not released the exact quantity of drugs seized or any details about the stolen property.
The investigation continues.
