On Thursday August 18, 2016, members of the RCMP’s “D” Division Federal Serious and Organized Crime unit seized three kilograms of cocaine after searching a vehicle they had stopped by Broadway and Maryland Street in Winnipeg.

Police also say they seized three communication devices from the vehicle and arrested the 39 year old driver.

 

Graham Gordon Spence from Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with the following offence:

 

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking

 

Spence has been released to appear in Winnipeg Provincial Court on September 22, 2016.  Spence was released on a cash bail recognizance and must abide by a number of conditions while out on judicial interim release.
