Two people are in custody after general patrol and community support officers investigated a drug trafficking operation in a Furby Street apartment.
Police say that on Thursday, July 11, 2019, officers executed a search warrant on the property and seized 1.33 kilograms of methamphetamine, 20 blotters of Fentanyl, $5,700 in cash and a money counter.
Investigators say the meth has a street value of about $20,000 but would be worth closer to $130,000 once separated for sale on the street.
The two suspects arrested, a male and a female in their 40s, are facing trafficking related charges.
Both were released on a promise to appear.
