Tuesday night, December 5, 2017, Winnipeg Police pulled over a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Flora Street only to discover more than 75 grams of methamphetamine.
It happened just before 11:00 pm.
Police say that when questioning the driver he was not able to give them any details on the vehicle or the owner.
As officers checked the vehicle they discovered several dime bags of methamphetamine, two cell phones, empty dime bags and a weigh scale.
The driver and all three passengers were arrested.

When police were processing the suspects at the station an adult male was found to have additional drugs on his person. The driver was and another male also had what police are calling a moderate amount of cash on them that investigators believe are proceeds of crime.
28-year-old Danny Davis Ballantyne, from Winnipeg, is facing charges for his alleged involvement of Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, Drive Disqualified and Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Vincent Raymond Moneyas, 37 from Winnipeg, has been charged for his involvement with the Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine and Fail to Comply with Recognizance.
Jared Daniel Parisian, 29 from Winnipeg, has been charged for his alleged involvement with Possession of a Scheduled Substance and Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.
Ballantyne, Moneyas and Parisian were all detained in custody.
Police also charged an adult female with Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking. She was released on a Promise to Appear in Court.
