An adult male is facing charges after the vehicle he was driving collided with a detached garage late Monday night, May 4, 2020.
Emergency crews were called to the lane between Oak Street and Ash Street just north of Academy Road around 11:40 pm for the report of a collision.
When police arrived they removed a liquor bottle from the pickup truck the driver was still in and then place him into custody.
The male suspect refused a medical assessment by paramedics once he was in custody.
Police say that the driver has been charged for his alleged involvement with Drive Impaired and Refusal to provide a breath sample.
