A 39-year-old man has been charged after assaulting a driver in a west Broadway drive-thru on Monday morning, May 10, 2021.
According to police the victim was in the drive-thru when the suspect wandered over to his car and asked the victim to buy him a coffee. When the driver declined the suspect punched the victim in the face. The driver was injured in the assault.
Officers in the area witnesses the assault and immediately arrested the suspect.
Sean Fielding Marshall from Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with Assault Cause Bodily Harm.
He was detained in custody.
