Winnipeg Police have identified the victim in an assault turned homicide case that happened on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
Police say that the 40-year-old male victim had been assaulted in the 400 block of Edmonton Street around 8:30 pm. He was taken to hospital in critical condition but died from his injuries shortly afterwards.
Investigators say the victim is Prasad Biswa.
