RCMP in Bloodvein, about 285 kilometres north of Winnipeg, are investigating a double homicide in the First Nation community.

Police say that on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 the bodies of a 22-year-old male and a 32-year-old male were discovered in a residence.

The investigation is ongoing with help from the Major Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Unit from Winnipeg.
