RCMP officers in Selkirk went undercover on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in an effort to catch distracted drivers and those ignoring Manitoba’s seatbelt laws.
It didn’t take long before police were writing tickets and write them they did!
Twenty five people were handed out fines for seatbelt infractions while another four were ticketed for distracted driving.
Police also nabbed a suspended driver in the operation.
