Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Investigators are looking for information about the death of 41-year old Valentine Ernest Sumner.
Sumner was was found lying on Main Street between Dufferin Avenue and Jarvis Avenue in crital condition on July 18, 2020. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators say that they have determined that Sumner was involved in an altercation just before being found. Police say they believe that a number of people witnessed the assault.
