Winnipeg Police Service homicide investigators are asking the public for any information in a Flora Avenue death on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
Around 3:00 pm officers were called to the 200 block for a report of suspicious circumstances. When they arrived at the location they found a deceased male.
The man has been identified as 20-year-old Brooklyn Elijah Hiebert of Winnipeg.
