Winnipeg police are investigating the death of a 42 year old woman who was beaten and left unconscious at the Four Crowns Inn on McPhillips Street around 4:00 pm on October 27, 2016
Joanne Neepin has been identified by family as the woman who was attacked. She was transported to hospital in critical condition by emergency crews but died of her injuries on November 7, 2016
Police are calling Neepin’s death suspicious and have assigned the case to the Major Crimes Unit.
