No new cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Manitoba on Sunday, May 17, 2020. The total number of lab-confirmed and probable cases remains at 289. This marks the fourth straight day without any new cases of the virus in the province.
Two people are currently being treated in hospital for the virus with one patient in intensive care.
The number of deaths related to COVID-19 in Manitoba remains at Seven.
257 people have recovered from the virus with 25 cases still listed as active.
762 tests for COVID-19 were performed on Saturday, May 16, 2020, bringing the total number of tests performed since early February to 34,715
Community testing sites will remain open on Saturday and Sunday at all locations but only testing sites at Sargent Tommy Prince Place, Bison Drive drive-thru, Selkirk and Winkler will be open on Victoria Day.
