Saturday afternoon, March 2, 2019, was frightening for a 55-year-old Dauphin female when a 29-year-old female came up behind her as she was unlocking her apartment and pushed her inside.
The attacker then cut the phone line and locked the victim in the bathroom.
With the resident confined the female intruder searched the apartment and stole several items before fleeing.
RCMP were called and investigators were able to arrest the suspect the same evening at a residence in the community.
The accused is facing charges of Robbery, Forcible Confinement and Break and Enter.
The investigation continues.
