Winnipeg Police are looking for one suspect involved in the stabbing of a 38-year-old male during the robbery of a convenience store in the 100 block of Isabel Street.
It happened Tuesday evening, March 6, 2018, around 8:40 pm.
Police say that a male suspect walked into the store but was immediately asked to leave by a store employee because he had been involved in a theft from the store on February 22, 2018.
As the suspect was leaving he grabbed two drinks but was stopped by a male customer. As the customer was holding the suspect a second suspect stabbed him in the upper body. Both suspects then took off. The victim was taken to hospital.

The employee of the store identified him as the suspect responsible for the theft from the store in February.
Ermiyas Isaac Dangerfield, 20 from Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with:
- Robbery
- Aggravated Assault
- Theft Under $5000
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of an Undertaking X2
Dangerfield has been detained in custody.
Police are continuing to investigate
