Emergency crews were called to Jubilee Avenue Wednesday just after the noon hour when an SUV lost control and slammed into a home.
According to the home owner, Flavia Fabio there were two adults and a child in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
Traffic was backed up in the westbound lane as far back as Osborne Street.
Firefighters remained on scene as towing crews worked to pull the vehicle away from the home.
Damage to the SUV was significant. Damage to the home appears to be limited to the foundation and living room.
There is no estimate of the damages.
