COURT | PATHOLOGIST SAYS BABYS TOO DECOMPOSED TO TELL IF THEY WERE STILLBORN OR NOT

Dr. Raymond Riveria, the pathologist who did the autopsies on the remains of six dead infants found in a storage locker told court in the Andrea Giesbrecht trial that he determined most were at or near full-term. He testified that three of the infants were boys, one was a girl the others undetermined due to various levels of decomposition. Also due to the decomposition it’s impossible to say whether they were alive or stillborn.

Andrea Giesbrecht is on trial for concealing the remains of the infants in a storage locker.
