The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit says that convicted sex offender Brett Russell Jeffrey Pilch was released from Stony Mountain Institution on Friday August 7, 2020.
Pilch was serving 29 months in prison for breaching his probation order.
According to police, Pilch has a history of sexual related offences against woman. He is considered a high risk to re-offend.
Adult females and older female children are at risk of sexual violence including harassment as well as possible physical sexual violence.
