Offender back in custody
The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) were looking for 43 year old Rainie James Semple a convicted sex offender who was considered high risk to re-offend. Simple was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for parole violations. He had failed to return for his curfew December 29, 2016.
On January 10, 2017 Simple was arrested in Winnipeg without incident.
