Winnipeg Police are investigating a collision between a car and a semi-truck on Wednesday morning, May 20, 2020.
According to police, the semi was southbound on Erin Street around 5:50 am when a car travelling on Ellice collided with the truck at the intersection of the two roads. The collision caused the semi to veer off the road and crash into a commercial building.
The two females in the car, both adults, were taken to hospital in stable condition. The driver of the truck was no injured.
Erin Street was closed for several hours during the investigation and removal of the semi.
