The City of Winnipeg has announced the release of its Fall 2024/Winter 2025 Leisure Guide, along with the Fall Leisure Guide Skating and Swimming brochures. These guides are now available for viewing online, offering a wide array of recreation and leisure programming for residents and their families.
Registration Details
Registration for all fall and winter activities, excluding winter swimming and skating, will commence on Tuesday, August 20 at 8 a.m. for Winnipeg residents. Non-residents can begin registering on Thursday, August 22 at 8 a.m.
How to Register
Residents can register for activities through various methods:
- Online: Visit leisureONLINE.
- By Phone: Call 311.
- In Person:
- At the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex on August 20 from 8 a.m. to noon.
- At 395 Main St. and Accès–Access Saint-Boniface, 170 Goulet St. (French service available at both locations).
- At any City indoor pool during regular operating hours (French service available at Margaret Grant Pool).
Preparation for Registration
The City encourages those planning to register online to ensure they can successfully log in to their leisureONLINE account before registration starts. For assistance, residents can call 311. Video tutorials are available to help with account creation, adding family members, searching for activities, using the wish list feature, registering for activities, and viewing activity completion status.
Mobile Access
The user-friendly mobile version of leisureONLINE allows residents to browse and sign up for activities using their mobile devices. The wish list feature enables users to add their favorite activities for easy access on registration day.
Upcoming Releases
The Winter 2025 Leisure Guide Swimming and Skating brochures will be released on Thursday, November 28. Registration for swimming and skating lessons will begin on Tuesday, December 10 at 8 a.m.
