Winnipeg Police have identified the victim in the Christmas day homicide on Victor Street.
26-year-old Tyler Evan Smoke was in critical condition when emergency crews found him. He was taken to hospital but soon died.
Police are asking for help in piecing together Smoke’s whereabouts prior to his death. Anyone who may have had contact with the victim or can provide information on his recent activities are asked to call investigators.
Homicide detectives are also looking for any surveillance video in the 400 block of Victor Street.
