Winnipeg Police are investigating the assault on a 3-year-old little boy at a home in the 300 block of Prichard Avenue.
Police say they were called to the home around 2:30 am Wednesday morning, October 30, 2019.
When officers arrived they found the child suffering from significant upper body injuries. Paramedics transported the child to the hospital in critical condition.
