A 39-year-old male is behind bars pending trial after the IP address linked to him was reported to be sharing child pornography.
Members of the Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) began an investigation after an outside law enforcement agency reported to them that a suspect with a Winnipeg IP address was involved.
A search warrant was executed at the suspect’s residence and on Monday, July 9, 2018, the male was arrested and charged.
Trevor James Pemberton has been charged for his alleged involvement with Possession of Child Pornography and Import, Distribute, Sell or Possess for the Purpose of Distribution or Sale of any Child Pornography.
