RCMP have charged a 24-year-old male after a 22-year-old male was found dead in a building on the corner of Public Lane and Cree Road in Thompson, Manitoba.
The victim from Split Lake First Nation was not breathing when officers arrived and his body showed signs of trauma.
Bryan Roulette from Split Lake First Nation was arrested and charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm for his alleged involvement.
Roulette was detained in custody.
Police say that the victim and Roulette were known to each other.
On Saturday, September 1, 2018, Police added the charge of Manslaughter.
Roulette will appear in court on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
