The 39-year-old female driver involved in a collision on May 23, 2019, at Lagimodiere Boulevard and Sage Creek Boulevard has been arrested and charged for her alleged involvement.
Police say that on that day the driver of a motorcycle suffered serious injuries after the driver of a vehicle made an illegal U-turn at the intersection directly in front of the motorcycle causing the collision.
The 39-year-old woman is facing charges two Highway Traffic Act charges of Disobey traffic control device – Cause Life-Threatening Injury, Drive Carelessly – Cause Life-Threatening Injury.
She was released on a promise to appear.
