Winnipeg Police have laid charges in connection to a fatal collision in the parking lot at Garden City Shopping Centre on April 1, 2019.
A 57-year-old female was killed in the collision.
As a result of the investigation, police have issued an appearance notice to a 43-year-old female for Drive Carelessly Cause Death under the Highway Traffic Act.
