Winnipeg Police have laid charges against the man who viciously attacked and killed 17-year-old Jamie Adao in his home.
29-year-old Ronald Bruce Chubb was shot by police during the attack and was taken to hospital in critical condition. He has since been released and is now in custody.
Chubb has been charged with Second Degree Murder, Attempted Murder and Fail to Comply with Probation for his alleged involvement.
On March 3, 2019, Chubb forced his way into the home Adao was in with his grandmother. He then began attacking Adao with a weapon. Police arrived and shot Chubb in order to stop the attack.
