Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service is investigating the cause of a house fire in the 1300 block of Selkirk Avenue on Saturday afternoon, April 25, 2020.
Crews responded to the call in the single-storey, single-family home around 12:40 pm.
As firefighters arrived on the scene they spotted smoke and flames coming from the structure. An offensive attack was launched and the fire was under control within 30 minutes.
The people who had been in the home at the time of the fire were able to safely evacuate before firefighters arrived.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
