A Winnipeg taxi driver is in stable condition after he was stabbed in the upper body early Friday morning, July 28, 2017.
It happened around 3:00 am in the 500 block of Selkirk Avenue.
According to the police account, the 35-year-old victim had picked up a male and female in the area. After driving a short distance the driver was stabbed. The two passengers fled the area on foot.
