Cabbie facing Assault and Forcible Confinement after an early morning incident near Portage Avenue and Arlington Street on September 26, 2021.
Police say they were called to the area around 1:08 am for the report of an assault involving the 44-year-old male taxi driver and a 19-year-old female passenger
On October 5 the cabbie was arrested and charged for his alleged involvement in the incident. He was released on an undertaking.
