After nearly to a year of offering the service Exclusive Bus Lines is cancelling their scheduled bus service between Selkirk and Winnipeg.
Exclusive picked up the route in 2016 after long time operator Beaver Bus Lines cancelled their scheduled service.

According to Exclusive declining ridership and unpredictability in the number of daily passengers is the reason for the cancellation of service that will be effective September 2, 2017.

The loss of the bus between the two cities will be a blow to those who do use the service but will not result in any staff layoffs at Exclusive Bus Lines.
