Winnipeg Police are looking for help in locating a vehicle of interest in connection to the killing of 23-year-old Brett Cadieux on March 12, 2019.
Cadieux had been shot near Ellice Avenue and Empress Street in the early morning hours. At the time of the shooting police said they did not believe the shooting was a random act.
