Winnipeg Police have arrested a 19-year-old male after a break-in on Smithfield Avenue.
According to police, they were called to the home around 10:50 am Monday, November 4, 2019.
Officers with help from the K-9 Unit and police helicopter were able to locate the suspect a few kilometres away on Redwood Avenue and place him under arrest.
Police say the suspect is also responsible for several other break-ins.
Members of the Major Crimes Unit continue to investigate.
