On September 1 and again on September 10, 2018, he committed similar break-ins on Grant Avenue and McPhillips.
Police located the suspect at an apartment in the 100 block of Carlton Street and placed him under arrest on December 18, 2018.
He is facing three counts of Break, Enter and Theft, two counts of Disguise with intent and Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance by Judge/Justice.
Mason was detained in custody.
