Early Sunday morning, June 2, 2019 Brandon Police responded to a robbery that had occurred moments before in the back lane of 6th Street.
Police say the female victim was approached by a male and a female suspect. The pair robbed the victim by taking her cellphone.
During the robbery the female suspect brandished a screwdriver and threatened to stab the victim if she did not give them her phone.
Both suspects are described as Indigenous in their late 30s to early 40s. The female suspect had black hair in a ponytail. The male was dressed in all black.
Police continue to investigate.
