Brandon Police have arrested two males after a traffic stop uncovered Meth and a .22 calibre rifle.
Police say that just after midnight Saturday morning, October 3, 2020, police pulled over a vehicle in the 2100 block of College Avenue. A 24-year-old male from Brandon and a 27-year-old male from Justice, Manitoba were found to be in possession of the firearm and a small quantity of drugs.
Both suspects are under prohibition orders that they cannot be in possession of a firearm.
Both men are facing charges for firearm related offences. The Suspect from Brandon is also facing possession charges for the Meth.
Police say that both males were released and are scheduled to appear on the charges in court in December.
