Three busted as Brandon Police make drug raid

Brandon Police raided a home Wednesday night on Centennial Boulevard looking for drugs.

A 29-year-old male was arrested in the home and charged with trafficking after officers found nearly 6 ounces of Meth worth more than $16,000.

Police also arrested a 32-year-old male who had left the residence just prior to the raid. He was found to have 3.5 grams of Meth and a knife on him. He is facing possession charges for the drugs and the weapon.

While member of the Brandon Police Organized Crime Section were conducting a search of the home a 30-year-old male showed up. Police learned that the individual was on a parole condition to stay away from those in the drug subculture. Officers placed him under arrest and found a large amount of cash in his possession. He is facing charges for possessing proceeds of crime.
