25-year-old woman facing charges
Brandon Police Service executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant Thursday afternoon, August 3, 2017.
Police seized what is described as a lot of drugs believed to be crystal methamphetamine. Police believe the street value of the drugs exceeds $150,000.
A 25-year-old woman from Brandon was arrested in the raid. She has been charged with a number of drug related offences including Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and three counts of Breach of Recognizance.
The accused appeared in a Brandon court Friday morning.
