Winnipeg Police are treating the discovery of a dead person in a Winnipeg park as a medical incident.
Around 8:30 am on Thursday, February 8, 2018, emergency crews responded to a small park across from the Burton Cummings Theatre between Smith Street and Notre Dame Avenue.
The body was found lying on a park bench.
