Pembina County Sheriff’s Office in North Dakota is investigating after a body was found about 18 metres from the Manitoba / North Dakota border on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
Police say the body of a male was found less than half a kilometre from the Pembina border crossing lying in ditch filled with water. An autopsy has been ordered.
Investigators say that identification of the deceased is pending.
