A group of people searching for a missing person in Thompson found the body of a deceased man in the Burntwood River in Thompson, Manitoba at roughly one in the afternoon on September 28, 2022.
The man was found just west of the Miles Hart Bridge.
The RCMP told media the investigation into this case continues, and an autopsy will be conducted to confirm the identity of the remains.
