RCMP in western Manitoba are investigating a death after a body was found inside a Gilbert Plains home. Gilbert Plains is about 360 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.
RCMP say a fire in the community engulfed a home around 7:45 am on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.
The Office of the Fire Commissioner along with Dauphin RCMP are investigating the fatal fire.
